Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping & Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via Aramex.

Estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days from the date your order is shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Unforeseen logistical disruptions

Made4Her is not responsible for delays caused by Aramex, customs clearance, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

We currently ship throughout South Africa and selected international destinations where available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Made4Her will not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping information
  • Lost parcels due to incorrect addresses
  • Additional shipping fees required for returned or redirected parcels

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to Aramex, Made4Her is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. However, we will assist customers in opening a courier investigation where possible.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging and products

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Made4Her is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team and we will investigate the matter with Aramex.
